Return and Refund Policy

7-Day Money Back Guarantee: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all our products. If you receive a wrong order/ product or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 10 days from the date of receiving the product for a full refund of the product price, excluding shipping and handling charges.

Eligibility for Refund: To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the product is damaged or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to deny the refund request.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at tasteoffarms@gmail.com within 10 days of your purchase. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process. You just have to click your product photo and share with us at tasteoffarms@gmail.com  . Once our team verifies them, we will place a reverse pickup from your address to our warehouse. The tracking number of this reverse pickup will be shared with you so that you can also keep a track of your order. 

Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Refund is usually completed in 8-10 working days. If in case, refund doesn’t appear in your account you can always follow up with us at tasteoffarms@gmail.com 

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [your email address] with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.
